In this module, you will:

honor the gifts of those who are already among our congregation; discover potential gifts of those who may join our work, and highlight the areas of giftedness need to support communal impact

Please ensure you have your copy of Fishing Differently: Ministry Formation in the Marketplace (2018). This text is the foundation of our course and is a catalyst for refocusing how we show up as the church. Pages 21-25 set a foundation for this module.
